Policies

Post Purchase policies:

  • Orders cannot be modified once placed
  • Orders cannot be canceled once the order is being prepared 
  • In case customer has placed separate orders delivery fees will be paid twice

Return and Exchange policies:

  • Exchange is offered in case a wrong or damaged fabric is received as our fabrics are printed on demand
  • Returns are not available thus we highly suggest order a sample pack before placing an order.
  • For stitched products kindly ensure that the measurements provided are accurate as we do not provide alterations nor returns.
  • In case a damaged fabric is received we apologize and promise to do the needful immediately.
  • Customers have up to 14 days to report damage on fabric.
  • Damage due to tailoring is not considered fabric damage, and the fabric cannot be replaced if that is the case.

Shipping policies:

Within UAE: 

  • Delivery fees within UAE 25 AED (subject to change)
  • Fabric preparation will take 4-10 working days. (subject to change according to order load)Fabric delivery will take 24-48 hours after the order has been prepared.
  • Shipping for bespoke or customized orders vary depending on the designing process (abayas, shailas, and mkhaweer)

 Outside UAE: 

  •  Shipping fees are paid online
  • Fabric preparation will take 4-10 working days. (subject to change according to order load) Fabric delivery will take 2-4 days after the order has been prepared.
  • Shipping for bespoke or customized orders vary depending on the designing process (abayas, shailas, and mkhaweer)

 

  • Customers are responsible for providing full and accurate delivery information, and in case the there are difficulties reaching the customer pick and tailor are not responsible for delays in the delivery process (in some cases delivery fees must be paid for each delivery attempt). 

Delays:

  • Because our pieces are printed on demand or even tailored to your request delays are possible to various reasons. In case your order is delayed please do send us a WhatsApp message to assist you with the possible options.
  • Pick and Tailor is not responsible for delays caused due to missing information whether it be sizing or shipping details.

Important information about fabrics:

  • Please note that the colors may differ slightly from displayed pictures.
  • Colors will differ based on fabric material i.e Armani Silk will have bright colors while cotton may have a less bright finish. 
  • During offers or sales fabrics may require more time to be delivered 
  • Customers are responsible for ordering correct quantities.
